Good customer service
I had a very humiliating experience. I went in because I needed the restroom, and my membership is for Orangeburg. I went in, swiped my card, and really needed the restroom, but the guy who works there stopped me and told me I couldn't use it because my location was different. I couldn't believe it. He told me to go somewhere else, not here, and I thought that was very unprofessional. I saw it as very bad behavior at that gym, and also racist. I don't recommend that place because what they did to me was humiliating and hurt ... read more
Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Facilities is also kept clean.
