I canceled my membership in December and I am still being charged every month. When I went in person to fix the issue, the manager blamed a former employee and said my cancellation was not processed correctly. That is not my responsibility. I have written proof that my membership was canceled. They also tried to claim I might have had a balance due, which is completely false. I reviewed all my payments and did not owe anything. It’s absolutely ridiculous that this gym can’t have employees show up and open the gym in the morning. I really hope you don’t plan your day around a morning workout, bc you’ll wake up before the crack of dawn, get to the gym, and be greeted with locked doors and no access to your gym THAT YOU’RE PAYING FOR. I really hope the manager of the Belt Line and Coit location takes responsibility and the leadership team at Retro Fitness finds a way to remedy this situation that happens over and over and over again. I've been coming here for over 5 years, never had any issues, and the staff's always friendly. But lately, they haven't had any napkins to clean the machines. It's been 4 days! I hope the manager reads this and keeps up with supplies, it's not sanitary. Put in some effort and make a Walmart run. Update- 01/09 - There continues to be inconsistency with stocking napkins. 3rd day!!
