My son was taken to Retreat Hospital on Wednesday January 14 for a injured arm. He was taken by ambulance. They did not do a xray or anything else. They put him in a sling and gave pain meds. We followed up with a ortho doctor and first thing he did was xray and found he had a badly broken arm that required surgery to fix. The swelling by that point was so bad we had to wait on surgery. He now has a plate and screws in his arm. I would never recommend to hospital to anyone.

Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Fairly Average Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said
