Very personable consultant. Jana showed us the whole property. All the bells and whistles. She was amazing. Answered all our questions and I fell safe that my daughter is living a nice place with good people.
Janna is fantastic! We are working with her to get an apartment! She answered calls and questions about different things we need additional information on before our move in! Great customer service!
Management, staff and property wise - it's been awesome, they're pretty responsive with requests, helpful with questions and I see a cleaning lady doing rounds and maintaining common areas such as the gym, pool and the game/function room. The big con or setback with this property though is parking. Expectations have been set early on when I was doing a tour for this place that parking is a first come first serve but since I work odd hours, I can be assured that I'd be able to get a parking slot.
