Amazing property! Front office and maintenance are very awesome and attentive!
I was visiting a few apartment complexes in the area and Avalon was by FAR my favorite! I walked in to ask a few questions for 2 bedrooms and the front office was very nice and attentive. A beautiful property with an HEB next door?? What more could you ask for?!
I really enjoy living here. Management & maintenance respond quickly to requests. Please don’t raise my rent 🙏
The office girls were standing in a corner gossiping and didn’t even greet me when I walked in the door. After I was done with my apartment tour I saw the blonde girl screaming outside and kicking her car door. I believe her name was Katie. DO NOT rent here.
Me and my bf have been living here for a year now and absolutely love it. This is my first apartment and I’m definitely renewing. I know at a lot of apartments ac and maintenance is a big thing and I was scared but my ac has not gone out once thankfully lol. Maintenance is also amazing they show up sooo quick. I love it here a lot and it just feels like home.
