I would avoid this place at all costs. During my time here, my car was broken into, the gate was constantly not working, and the neighborhood is not safe. In addition, the management is neither organized nor professional. That makes this place not worth the risk. Save yourself the trouble and headache and find someplace nicer (and cheaper too probably). After 17 months of move out, I recently found an account in collections with no prior notice or invoice. I would not recommend.
Scam place. After 3 years moving out from my apartment calling me asking for payment and I already paid all my balance before moving out. They charge people for nothing and come up with bills so they can make more money. Please do not trust those people. Leasing office staff tell lies.
Llevo pocos meses viviendo en el Condominio pero me siento satisfecha porque es muy tranquilo y lo mantienen siempre limpio. El apartamento es bien confortable y amplio, reúne los requisitos para tener una estancia placentera. Las muchachas de la oficina son amables y te atienden con mucha profesionalidad, así como los de mantenimiento, quienes acuden con rapidez y eficiencia cada vez que los necesitas. Es un excelente lugar para vivir.
