My house was done being built in Oct of 2024. The day I took possession of the keys there were a few items mentioned to the builder that needed to be fixed (a warranty request was also submitted). These items still have not been fixed. Overall the warranty process has sucked. Warranty repairs take multiple emails to get an appointment scheduled to have the issue looked at, then more emails to get another person out to fix the issue. Buy somewhere else! My husband and I bought a house here last October. Since moving in there has been a slew of problems and work orders that go ignored or half completed. The walls in our house aren’t straight, our new cabinets are already breaking, when it rains there are sink holes in our yard. If we could go back we would have not bought here.
