I didn’t give it 1 star because they deserve it, I’d give ZERO if it was an option. Do not waste your time filling out the application to live here. The management changes more time the normal. Complaints? Tuh, may as keep them to yourself because they will not do anything about them. Maintenance issue, peace disturbances, anything you feel the need to bring to their attention, will not be taken seriously or taken care of. Eleanor is utterly incapable of performing even the most basic responsibilities of her role. Rather than managing the property with competence and integrity, she chooses to hide behind her desk and phone, routinely dispensing incorrect information and making promises she has no intention or ability to keep. The property manager Eleanor is actually ridiculous to deal with. Someone get her out of here.
Terrible living and move-out experience. Eleanor, the property manager, is extremely condescending and constantly gives out incorrect information. When confronted with proof, she gaslights tenants instead of taking responsibility. The complex is just as bad: insect infestations, terrible parking, and constant manager turnover so always double-check your paperwork because things “mysteriously” change. Move-out was a nightmare.
