Absolutely do not rent here, management has done nothing but lie and lie about repair and maintenance scheduling to the point where I've had to impose Repair and Deduct laws to start the repair of my property.The day prior to my move in, the apartment above me flooded and caused water damage to my walls and floors where there needs to be drywall repairs and repainting. Have lived here for 2 years. Great location and friendly staff, and I love my unit. Special shout-out to Sandra, the groundskeeper that always goes the extra mile. She recognized my dogs boot I lost outside and delivered it to my doorstep! She is always so kind and friendly. Nice to live somewhere that staff look out for residents.
We’ve been here going on a year next month, & hands by far the quietest, nicest neighborhood. Office staff is very nice & accommodating!! We just renewed for our second year!!!

Whoever moves into 1795 Presidential Heights apartment 518, please read. When looking at the neighborhood, scenic views, and the floor plan I'd have to give this place five stars. After moving we noticed the high utilities, limited free parking, obnoxious neighbors, and damages, they deserve zero stars. We were doing a 3 mo sublet and found living here was great, so extended our lease. Love the apartment style. Its fairly quiet in our building. The new property manager worked with us on a short term lease and the asst manager was very nice and helpful as well. Looking forward to another 6 mo.
