I recently toured Broad River Apartment Homes and had an amazing experience. My leasing consultant, Kason Smith, provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was very upbeat, welcoming, and genuinely engaged throughout the entire tour. Kason made sure to walk me through everything about the property, including the amenities, floor plans, and leasing details. Highly recommend this property , maintenance is 100% on point with their task. I recommend everyone come out and support. Mr. Elmore definitely made me feel welcome and at home way before I even made my deposit. This is also a nice ,quiet , chill area.
Retreat has changed a lot . The new management team and maintenance team is what we waiting on . They really care about us . All the new renovations and amenities being added . The new manager Tareick has really came and changed this whole community for the better . We actually see the manager instead of hearing about him or her .
Went for a tour and my tour guide Kason was very friendly and down to earth. He made me and my son felt welcomed.
Good experience so far definitely recommend the maintenance team definitely on point with everything! they made me feel welcome before I even got a key Mr. Elmore made sure everything was good for me to move in etc..! 10/10
