Taylor has been helping me through my application process and has been so very helpful and kind! Always gets back to me even if they cannot return calls right away and has made everything so easy to navigate through! I always feel very welcomed coming to the office. Great experience so far!
The retreat at broad River in Columbia is one of the worst places to live. They have roaches infestation. Told Austin Peak about it. He doesn't care. Austin Peak. Is very rude. When you come up to him to talk about an issue. He gives you attitude and doesn't help. If I could give this place negative stars I would.
Mr.Thomas is so patient and he is very understanding and very helpful to those in need. I am so grateful that I am able to speak with him and get to know him. Thank goodness he is a man of God . Thanks Mr. Thomas for everything.. I am very proud to be a part of The Retreat at BroadRiver.
Mr Thomas was so nice and patient with us. Our fur babies love going out to sit on the balcony. Tmrw makes a week we been here and it’s been nothing but good vibes so far.
ROACH INFESTED !!!! Do not I repeat DO NOT stay here! Was reported numerous amounts of time and nothing was done but some helpless bug spray. Maintenance man is a woman beater/abuser who stays on the property while having the police called and nothing done. They do not pay their bills on time which resulted in no garbage pick for over 4 weeks !! Staff is incompetent and unprofessional. They are not renovated just bad paint over jobs. These are FACTS !!
