Austin Peak - He is a wonderful person to work with. He helps me of understanding my rental payments and insurance. Austin is a loving and kind hearted property manager who goes out his way of making sure that the tenants are satisfied when making things right. He is the best!
Everybody here is very nice and very friendly. The assistant manager Austin is very lovely. He helped me through the whole process of getting my first apartment and was very patient through the whole process as well The apartments are very nice and very decent. highly recommend😊
This place is infested with roaches and the staff is very slack that hides behind a friendly voice. Maintenance only have 1 person so when we put an order in, you wait months to a repair that last a week before it goes back out. Lastly they blindside you with random fees and don’t explain it to you. We got locked out our apartment by them randomly changing the locks on a Friday and couldn’t get in until Monday. Very peaceful place.Management is very professional and work fast. Austin is a very big help he is kind and makes you feel right at home. I love how he went above and beyond to help!
I walked in the office Austin was busy but I was greeted by Ms.Karen, she was very sweet and kind and sent me to Austin to explore my options. I have been through a lot and this was the first complex to treat me like a human being, I’m weighing my options but they were awesome!
