Everybody here is very nice and very friendly. The assistant manager Austin is very lovely. He helped me through the whole process of getting my first apartment and was very patient through the whole process as well The apartments are very nice and very decent. highly recommend😊

This place is infested with roaches and the staff is very slack that hides behind a friendly voice. Maintenance only have 1 person so when we put an order in, you wait months to a repair that last a week before it goes back out. Lastly they blindside you with random fees and don’t explain it to you. We got locked out our apartment by them randomly changing the locks on a Friday and couldn’t get in until Monday. I walked in the office Austin was busy but I was greeted by Ms.Karen, she was very sweet and kind and sent me to Austin to explore my options. I have been through a lot and this was the first complex to treat me like a human being, I’m weighing my options but they were awesome!

My A/C was out and it seemed like it would never get fixed I spoke with Karen and Austin about my A/C getting fixed and they sent Maine, Toni and Joe and they did a fantastic job getting my Air to cool down my apartment! Thank you for your service

Taylor has been helping me through my application process and has been so very helpful and kind! Always gets back to me even if they cannot return calls right away and has made everything so easy to navigate through! I always feel very welcomed coming to the office. Great experience so far!
