DON'T DO IT!!!!! They are scam artists. They are ready to give you an apartment that they say ready to move in. Then they ask for $200 admission fee and $50 application fee. After you give them your money they tell you that you need to give them all types of fees to move in. Christy would act like she wants to help you but all they want to do is take your money. Unprofessional and maintenance is horrible!! Took me almost 8 months to finally get them to replace my stove!
Bldg 4067 is terrible. Groups of Jobless people standing outside all day and night talking loud and playing loud music. I'm in the next building and can't sleep,now this is ridiculous.this is not fair to the hard working people who pay rent.what's sad is I'm not the only one contemplating on breaking the lease.complaints and nothing done.
