I'm very happy that I found Retrain Fitness! I get a great workout and have fun at the same time. JC is an awesome trainer and all around great person! Would recommend to anyone especially those just starting out. He recognizes your strengths and weaknesses and even in small group classes he takes the time to individualize the exercises to fit your specific needs. Highly recommend.
Jose makes workouts challenging but not impossible. He sings great too!
