If I could write ZERO stars I would. Their software is convoluted, it's not automated. They make you do data entry for all of your employees for every single pay period (why do I even pay for the service?). The set up takes months. ADP became the faster, easier, LESS EXPENSIVE CHOICE. When I canceled, they found a way to charge my company nearly $4,000 for setting it up and only running ONE payroll. $1300 alone as a termination fee. Everyone is so nice and patient in answering all my questions. I've spoken with the same person 3 times and I know if I ask her somthing, I can count on a response.
