Most infuriating and incompetent company I’ve ever dealt with as a small business owner. I regret hiring them — once you pay, their customer service is nonexistent, arrogant, and indifferent. I would like to leave, but am fearful I would never get a clear answer on how to exit their 401(k) plan because they ignore my emails and calls already. I was cashing out my 401K because the company I worked for sold to new people. Retirement plan consultants stated to me that it would take 10 to 14 days to receive my funds. What they didn't tell me is that it would be 10 to 14 days after each thing that they need done. so in total over a month and a 1/2 to get my own money. They never answer questions and skip to what they want to say. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

If I could write ZERO stars I would. Their software is convoluted, it's not automated. They make you do data entry for all of your employees for every single pay period (why do I even pay for the service?). The set up takes months. ADP became the faster, easier, LESS EXPENSIVE CHOICE. When I canceled, they found a way to charge my company nearly $4,000 for setting it up and only running ONE payroll. $1300 alone as a termination fee. Consultants that truly care about their clients. They are service oriented to Clients and Financial Professionals. They take the time to get to know the needs of the business and react to those needs.
