Took a 95 year old client who is on oxygen in today for her macular degeneration shot. Waited 2 and 1/2 hours to see Dr. Chen. We let them know after 2 hours that we had to be cautious because her oxygen tank was getting low. Did not expect to be kept waiting so long, tank was fresh today but had a couple errands before appointment. Our concern was ignored. Dr. Dessouki has restored my vision through Vitrectomy surgeries to remove eye floaters that were clouding my vision. The results were almost immediate and painless. very bad office, years of experience with these bozos. they provide treatments that do not work, they do not help, and then they bill the insurance, the insurance pays a lot, thousands of $$, then they bill even more to the patient. this is a total scam. those shots are not helping. we went to another doctor and he advised against eye injections and my husband's eye cleared up just as fast as with those shots in fact i think the shots made it worse. dr chen is running a shot mill. that's all there is to it. no pricing up fro... read more
