Made an appointment. Went there, they changed the date and did not tell me. The front desk receptionist was rude and unhelpful. She didnt even tell me what date my appointment was changed to. I have a broken ankle. I was standing in front of her for a long time and she just ignored me while playing on her computer. I finally said, I will come back when you are ready, and sat down. After about 10 minutes, she finally called me back up to the counter. She was rude and snotty. She should not be in that position. Anyways I sat i... read more
