I am writing this review on behalf of my brother. Dr Carlos Medina at Roseville Retinal Consultants Medical Corp is an extremely professional, caring and knowledgeable retinal physician.He explains procedures in detail and takes into account the patient's comfort level during the procedure. He listens/responds when the patient has a concern. His staff is also very accommodating. I would recommend Dr Medina to anyone and everyone.
I just have to say that I need a Retina Specialist, but with these reviews, I will not go here. I am moving and leaving my retina specialist who had a rating of 5. I am scared to come here.
Dr. Sarju Patel is the best! He is personable and kind, as well as an incredible doctor. I trust him with my vision and am so lucky to have found such a great doctor. Tanya is great as well!!
I would give a zero star if it existed. Think twice before coming here, there are many other alternative facilities that can provide better service. I found the staff rude and they double book appointments not caring if patients have to wait an hour and half for a 15 minute visit. Instead of being treated as a patient, I felt like I was treated as a wallet distributing money. Follow up visit was unnecessary.
I would agree with others' comments about over scheduling. This office is very busy and definitely has a rushed vibe. Techs are also a bit rude. If you don't want to sit in a waiting room and waste a bunch of time, I'd go somewhere else.
