I took my mother in and they said she had wet macular degeneration and one eye and dry in the other. They gave her a book to read about it! Of course I had to read it to her and it wasn't very informative. They insisted she start having injections and would do nothing else for her with a simple prescription to help her get by or anything. After much investigation we decided the blood clots were too much of a risk and the shots wouldn't help much anyway.
