If you have a choice available , avoid this group. Their time management is horrible. Who can spare two hours for a post procedure check ??? The staff is RUDE. Not bothered at all. They should be all fired. This group needs a serious look into how they want to move forward. It’s such a shame. Poor old people waiting for hours ….
5 minutes of testing and 2 hrs of waiting to see a doctor!!! What's wrong with this??? This is NORMAL for this place!! Trying to find another specialist.
Unfortunately, I would agree with the assessment that this place is focused on numbers. No matter your appointment, you’ll end up spending 1.5-2 hours or more. I’m still waiting after 2 hours. I’ve been coming here over 6 months. Every single time without fail has been the same experience. Don’t get me wrong, the little time I spend with the Doctors, they’re pleasant. But this idea of booking an insane number of patients where you can’t even see them at the appropriate appointment times is wildly disappointing. 🤷
this is assembly line treatment.....and dont ask questions because the Docs to busy....So i call them and tell them freezing the eye not successful.....Answer - no answer and no return call....2nd trip drove around for about 25 minutes could not find parking left ...Called our family doc looking for an answer to our question....Would you let them put iodine in your eye if the pain was severe....Would you not ask about an alternative treatment....Do not expect assembly line treatment to give you the answers
Well run, professional office and Dr. Ta Kim and staff in New West and Abbotsford offices are amazing. Highly recommend.
