I was referred to Retina Northwest for strange blurring in my left eye. The appointment took about 2-3 hours but was worth the long process. I had a lot of anxiety about the testing they did, but the nurses were so patient and comforting. I ended up needing an injection in my eye. The next day I noticed my vision was so much better.

I have been taking my mother to Dr. Ma at Retina Northwest for many years for her macular degeneration and cataracts. And I can definitely say that we have had nothing but superb diagnostics, treatment and care from Dr. Ma as well as his entire staff including the office manager, scheduling and the after hours support. Friendly, attentive to her needs and a warning on those rare occasions when there are delays (COVID, inclement weather, etc.). We saw Dr. Zhang, for a time sensitive surgical procedure. Her office squeezed my husband in on a Thursday afternoon, then she cleared her schedule for the next afternoon (Friday) for the procedure. Without her timely, & flexibility, with his situation, he could've lost sight in his left eye. He has an excellent chance of retaining the sight in that eye thanks to her.
