I was out of state, and I was literally only cleared to travel because I had an appointment with Sulaiman Alhumaid at South Miami Office. They were highly unprofessional they initially scheduled an appointment, Which was a medical emergency follow up , they took in all my information Including my diagnosis and two days before when I call them, the doctor realizes that he does not treat the condition , they cancelled my appointment and left me with a phone number to try to get an appointment somewhere else . My father was referred.to this external clinic from Leon Medical for a retinal tear. After laser procedure was completed office didn't provide any post-op instructions when he was discharged from the clinic. When calling the office 1 hour after the procedure was done the office staff couldn't get a hold of an MA or nurse to speak to obtain recovery instructions they stated someone would return the call. No one returned the call. Followed up again with the office at 4pm and was attended by very unprofessional and inefficient ... read more
