Dr. Wilfredo Lara’s office was an absolute nightmare. I brought my 96-year-old grandmother, who is on oxygen, for her appointment at 1:45 PM. We were left waiting until 4:30 PM — almost three hours — and in all that time, nothing meaningful was done for her. I even had to remind the staff that she was on oxygen and could run out of supply, yet there was still no urgency, no empathy, and no respect. This is beyond unprofessional — it is dangerous.
