Tuve una consulta el dia 21 de enero. Llevo 1 semana llamando hasta 3 veces al dia para que pongan los medicamentos en mi farmacia y nunca lo hicieron. Pedi 2 veces hablar con un manager y ninguno estuvo disponible. Al final voy a cambiar de centro y volver de cero a tratar mi problema por otra via. El personal es totalmente incompetente y falta de respeto. Lamento que la profesionalidad de los medicos se vea afectado por su personal.

Writing this review for N. Nakamura I told Dr. J. Harris Levy that I would like to ask him questions about the problem affecting my eye. He said he was not going to answer any questions and if I was not pleased with his service to find another physician. I told him that he was very rude and he left the room. I am astonished about his rudeness, his lack of respect and compassion, his inability to communicate with the patient, his lack of vocation and knowledge to perform the duties of a physician. Dr. J.
