From the moment I walked in, I was very impressed with the reception desk and Dr. Goldstone’s interest. knowledge and kindness. Though an incredible amount of patience and time is needed in making an appointment with the call center…Unfortunately, their skills don’t match the quality of the Encino office.
I just called your phone line and was told you aren't accepting VSP, and I asked your foreign call center employee to please report back to VSP to remove yourselves since he said you aren't taking VSP and he said he can't do that. I called VSP and they said you are registered as taking VSP. Not sure what the deal is but maybe you need new call center reps. Call was made 1:19pm 8/19/26
