Everybody was helpful and polite specially Odessa and the Dr. They went the xtra mile
My initial appointment experience was good. The Doctor was great. I went for a contact lens and glasses exam. They charged it to my insurance (VSP), I paid a copay and everything seemed fine, until I went to get new glasses and was told I would not be covered. So I called VSP and they told me that because the office charged my contact lens exam to insurance, they would only cover the purchase of contacts and not glasses.
