Completely non-responsive office. Multiple messages ignored. Only one department answers phones and then puts you on an endless hold before coming back and telling you they've left a message for the right department and someone will call back. Don't hold your breath. They won't.

I arrived at my appointment on time. Checkin process was quick and easy. I was called in quickly for eye testing and dilation. I was taken directly for eye scans at two eye-scan machines. I was then seated in the waiting room to see the doctor. All that took place in less than 20 minutes. Up to that point, all was quite efficient. Then the wait began. Wonderful experience at RHC. Very complete and detailed exam and imaging- Dr G is great ar explaining lesions and offering treatment options and prognoses. They can get very busy at times but my last appointment was incredibly efficient with minimal waiting. I strongly recommend this practice if you are in need of this type of specialized medical service. Thanks, Dave Getzy.
