My wife is a patient, her conditions got worse so i called to see what we could do. Staff member took my details and said would get someone to call back but no one called back at all. Very poor service.

We have visited Dr Hing for several years for my son. The care given by the team have always top notch and things were always explained well to my son and us. Dr Hing always spends the time to ensure you know (and your child) to get the best outcome. We are at the point that the treatment for my son has been a success, if we ever need a specialist again we will be going straight back to Dr Hing.

All the staff are great waiting time was minimal.special thanks to dr nagi assaad how was very caring attentive and professional.thanks too to miss mariam how was very caring and helpful

Dr masselos saw me within two days after a GP picked up on an infection in my left eye - an unexpected diagnosis was delivered, but with compassion and care and a clear treatment plan communicated with clarity - the whole team were also lovely / from initial triage and reception staff - thank you for making a horrible time bearable
