Dr. Carlson is very professional. Explains everything so well. Very patient. Went in with Uvitus. The staff is wonderful and friendly. The office has a great atmosphere. Highly recommended.
Dr. Carlson is an amazing Ophthalmologist. He restored my husbands sight after he had developed floaters a short time after cataract surgery. He is an exemplary surgeon. He explained everything in great detail so that we could weigh the risks. A talented physician with ethics and a good personality. You won't find all this combination of traits in all physicians.
Dr. Carlson reattached my husband's retina, late in the day (we'd driven from Coachella Valley the Monday after Coachella Music Festival in bumper-to-bumper traffic and were 90 minutes late!) Dr. Carlson was SO sweet and down to earth-- someone you'd want as a friend. He didn't rush us and explained the post-care thoroughly. I'd highly recommend Dr. Carlson and the Inland Surgery Center, whose staff were phenomenal!
It is my great pleasure to recommend John P. Carlson, MD of Retina Consultants of Southern California. Put very simply, Dr. Carlson saved my vision. I had cataract surgery on both eyes the previous summer, and for the first time in my 73 year old life I had perfect vision!
