Dr. Roy Loo is the best! Too bad he can't manage all of my ocular needs, but should I have any future retinal issues, he'll be the physician I go to. While the dr is a good doctor, the staff and back office people are not very friendly or helpful. Ive had them cancel my scheduled appointment twice I 2 months after waiting months to see the doctor. The staffs attitude was unbelievable. They told me if I wasn't happy, to find another doctor. Nice I do not recommend this location
