Great group of people.
Dr. Baynham performed vitrectomy surgery on me. While I am sure the surgery was performed well, he had no "bedside manners." My visits were rushed and I didn't get my questions answered. In the middle of my surgery, he had an angry conversation with a staff member, and I was concerned that he was upset and not focused on my care while using surgical instruments in my eye. I was treated rudely by the young staff members. The M.A. called me “honey”, and when I complained about waiting in the exam room for over 30 minutes, I was told that they “had other patients”. I felt dismissed and invisible because of my age. The average age of patients is 80, yet they don’t know how to treat the elderly with respect. I recommend choosing a different office.
