Dr. Deupree was fantastic! Very professional, detailed, and empathetic while listening to my symptoms and throughout the testing procedure. Dr. Deupree talked to me as an equal and explained the results of my examination in clear, concise terms. The staff was top notch and the facilities were immaculate. I have been careful with my eyes for 40 years because of a detached retina problem, making me an informed consumer of retina care. This practice is superb. Dr. Deupree is expert as is his partner, Dr. Handza. They both have the supreme confidence you want in a surgeon, but also have sensitivity to the fears of the patient. They clearly explain the seemingly bizarre procedures, putting the patient at ease. The staff is friendly and supportive. And the equipment is fabulous. Lasers have sure come
I am a snowbird from upstate NY. I have been a patient of Dr. Dupree's for two years now and I would prefer to never see another doctor for my Macular degeneration. Dr. Dupree is caring and very personable and makes me feel very comfortable while administering my treatment. Last year before heading back up north for the summer, I asked him if I could take him home with me. I am looking forward to seeing him in the next few weeks. His office staff is also very friendly and knowledgeable.

The office staff was very friendly, the environment was dimly lit and comfortable, the technician was excellent and explained procedures very well. Dr. Deupree was friendly, courteous and took time to get to know me as a patient. Waiting was related to dilation of eyes.
