Dr. Raden and his office staff is top noch! From the moment we arrive at the office we feel cared for... Radica at the front desk is an angel. She always greets us with a big smile and hello and makes us feel like family. She is always helpful, professional and on top of things. She goes above and beyond! Dr. Raden is a great guy! On top of that he is very professional, knowledgeable and makes us feel comfortable and I know we are in good hands. Dr. Raden is awesome, he has saved me from going blind so far. His nurses and front desk are so kind and caring, which makes it stress free. I would highly recommend Dr. Raden.
Dr Raden is wonderful, knowledgeable and thorough. I can't say enough about the friendliness of his office staff, from start to finish. It began with a warm and friendly receptionist; Radica. She is a gem.The nurses were very friendly and nice as well. I recommend this office highly.
First of all, I want to say how impressed I was from start to finish with Retina Center of South Florida, Dr. Raden, and his whole staff. It was my first visit to this office as I just moved back to Florida and was researching to find a retinal specialist. Dr. Raden was wonderful!! Radica at the front was so kind and helpful. I walked in frazzled and she immediately calmed me down when she didn’t have to do a thing. She called me when I left to let me know I forgot medical records I brought for the Dr. and insisted I stay in the car and she brought them out to me. Kasha who did the initial assessment was also impressive, she knew her job inside out yet she was friendly with a great sense of humor.
