Excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and I was seen quickly without a long wait. The ophthalmologist took the time to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit.
Never overcrowded. Always serene. Doesn’t feel like a clinic.
I cannot thank Dr. Haak enough for the exceptional care he provided during a frightening retinal emergency. He went above and beyond by coming in on the weekend to evaluate my condition when I urgently needed help. I love that I was referred to this office! I like the location, and both the parking and office are easy to find. The front office staff and Dr. Haak's medical assistants seem like really sweet girls, and they are always so helpful and attentive. Wait times are never too long, and the office seems well-kept and clean. Highly recommend!
