Appointment times are a waste of time , no matter what time you get there you will be left sitting in the packed waiting room for at lest an hour This is every time and the employes say they are sorry but they can't do anything about it. It is a problem with corporate
I loved Dr. Kitchens he took the time to explain explain things in a way I could understand and we made s treatment plan a big shout out as well to all the staff who were friendly and super nice
My daughter was referred here and the receptionist was very rude over the phone that I called and had the referral sent elsewhere because if they allow their receptionist to be rude to new patients that say a lot about how they are. She said her manager was standing there as well over trying to tell them how I can pay without insurance for my daughter. My husband had a very bad experience with Dr. Busquets. First of all, I had a question about a procedure that he was getting ready to do on my husband. He acted like he got offended because I had a question. He has very bad bedside manner. This was the second (and last visit there). Both times he was in a hurry. He did not explain what he was doing.
