Accidentally went on the wrong day, but they did see me , the doctor was wonderful, sorry don't remember the name.
Technicians always friendly and accommodating, Chad at the front desk/checkout is always friendly and willing to work with you to schedule your next appointment, check on questions about insurance, and Dr Kaplan listens to your concerns, spends time with you to explain your treatment if needed, and gives you the treatment options and helps to determine what she feels would be best at the current time. Very pleased with this retina specialist office and it’s professionals that work here.
Have been a patient here for many years. Staff is always friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I have every confidence in their knowledge and care. Dr. Kaplan is knowledgeable and shares information well with the patient.
My visit to Retina Associates of Greater Philadelphia was smooth and efficient. Friendly staff along with efficient timing of multiple tasks leading to a one-on-one with Dr Kaplan who was thorough with her examination and explanation of exam/test results.
