Everyone was courteous and very professional
All aspects of the visit were very professional except for the waiting approximately spent 15 minutes being addressed at my problems of being addressed and it's been about an hour and 10 minutes in between those three contacts just waiting waiting waiting initially the wait was necessary but that was the shortest period about 15 minutes after that I waited about a half hour before my second visit and then another half hour before I saw the doctor so other than the waiting time everything was very professional
Very friendly people work there. They get you in fast with major eye problems.
Not many times have I looked forward to a Doctor's appointment but this one was very special because I was going back to see the man that had given me full use of my sight on my right eye , Doctor T. P. Hull is a kind, he listens, constant professional and is gifted at what he does Eye Care. Thank you Doctor Hull and Staff for all that you do at Retina Associates of Cleveland,Inc.
