I had a great experience at Retina of New Orleans. Everything was absolutely amazing! Sharell was so pleasant at the front desk, I get to the back and Dr. Cousins was great and her technician, Ashley, answered all of my questions! I walked out feeling confident about my problem. In the future, I would definitely go back.
What amazing and compassionate doctors ! Every time I go into the office I am greeted by the smiling faces of the professional staff at Retina Associates. The doctors care and take the time to explain the available treatments and their recommendations. I never feel like a number here, I always feel like the only patient and I receive personalized care. I have recommended all my friends and family to this group.
I cannot express my appreciation and gratitude enough for this highly skilled group! The level of compassion and care I received was like none other! I suffered from a rare and fast acting viral infection of the retina and Dr. Ta and team acted quickly and decisively. If it wasn't for their knowledge and skill, I may have permanently lost my vision. THANK YOU RETINA ASSOCIATES NEW ORLEANS!!!
