Retelle Tree Company is exceptional! Their team is professional, knowledgeable, and always goes above and beyond. They arrived promptly, completed the job efficiently and safely, and even cleaned up afterward. Their pricing is reasonable, and their service is top-notch. Highly recommend!
I rarely write reviews but Retelle's Tree service was so amazing I needed to. They were perfect in every way. They were professional, did a great job and left the area as if a tree had never been there. We will definitely have them come again when needed.
I am baffled by this company. We got an estimate done in March of 2020, it is now June of 2022, and still no one has come. We have called, left messages, emailed, etc. No one answers the phone. Via email, we're told someone will be by within a few weeks or "soon", and that never happens. I'm perfectly well aware that this is a very well respected family business in the area, but they need this constructive feedback if they're going to continue with as good a reputation as they have.
