I bought a 14 ft. utility trailer there and was very disappointed. The boards were only screwed down on one cross member and were starting to warp after just one month. I called and asked if they could send me more screws and I would finish the job and they sent me 12 screws. Wow how disappointing. There are 11 boards on the trailer so I got enough for 1 screw per board and only one cross member. Lesson learned. You get what you pay for.
i think anybody looking to buy a trailer RETCO TRAILERS MFG IS VERY AFFORDABLE AND REASONABLE CHECK THEM OUT I JUST BOUGHT A 20' GOOSE NECK FOR $2000
Good quality for the price I was very pleased with their product & their customer service. Great attitude guys!
