A project that started with good intentions. Unfortunately the team had some unforeseen challenges which I respect. But when a client pays x amount, all they want is communication and that would have resolved a lot of client frustration.
Chris and his team did a wonderful emergency job on our ceiling that had decided to have a identity crisis and really just wanted to be tile and on the other side of gravity. Chris come over within hours of reaching out and was super redundant to leave as the pending change of identity for my ceiling was imminent, however after some reassurance that I was comfortable that it would be a while longer he left to get straight onto the quote.
