If I can give it 0 stars I would. For 3 weeks me and my partner have tried to reach out to Lewis to inquire about a space for lease! We were genuinely interested and excited about the opportunity. Despite leaving multiple voicemails, calling almost daily, and even having the secretary leave a note on his desk, we never received a response. I called to inquire about a listing at a popular shopping center in Fresno CA. Michael did not answer initially but called me back later that day. His tone came off as if I was bothering him, which I would consider to be rude and unprofessional. He then told me he was in talks with another potential customer. Good luck getting anyone to call back. I called and emailed several agents about lease rates of various properties. First off, no one answers their phone even if its 10AM, 2PM etc (it's like they dont work) - and if you leave a message, no one calls back either. The receptionist is unhelpful and this is just another lazy real-estate company. I went elsewhere since commercial real-estate vacancies are abundant nowadays so it was easy finding another company.
