Lived in the same house for 4 years now. They were okay the 1st 2 years but when repairs needed to be made they did not handle it in a timely fashion nor did they contact the owners over compensation after 3 water leaks due to pipe breaks. My messages go unanswered and whomever they use for landscaping I hope no one ever accidentally hires, I would share their name but it has never been shared with me even though I asked multiple times. I can't wait to move to a property that is managed by a quality company.
The lack of communication from the “property manager” to the owner and Tenant is beyond this world. We were about to move into a property and when the repairs that were promised were not done and we met with the owner of the house, they were appalled at the shape of their property. I would not recommend this headache of a place to ANYONE! If I could give negative stars, I would.
