I came here for multiple reasons and left with a diagnosis that I never knew I had from previous cancer treatment. The nurses were really helpful and kind and I felt genuinely cared for and looked after. It was a scary and unexpected visit so for everyone to be able to explain things and make sure I was very comfortable, meant a lot to me.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional care when I needed it most! I visited the ER on 01/02/2026 due to work related illness and was later admitted overnight, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible care I received from start to finish. Dr. DORFMAN and RN Diana were kind, compassionate, trustworthy, and genuinely caring. I have nothing but praise for the ER at this hospital, I came here with a serious issue with my eyes and the wait time was short, the receptionist was respectful and kind, the doctor was also kind and attentive, the nurses were super kind and helpful as well. I was also quickly attended to and quickly treated and released. All staff I encountered here were awesome! I hope this hospital stays this way since, such a hospital with such kind staff is becoming quite the rarity, unfortunately 😕.

The Staffs in the hospital are pleasant, kind, helpful, and informative from the reception, triage, the nurses and the doctors. It was my first time going there and the call time to be checked was very quick. It's just the waiting time to get results takes a bit longer and maybe because my case wasn't in top priority which is understandable. Upon arriving with chest pain, the admitting triage nurse was dismissive, reading questions as if reading a script so fast that we couldnt distiquish one question from another and actually rolled out the computer in the middle of the dialogue and shut the door. Note, there wasnt anyone else in er at time so it was not busy. We almost left but because of my symtoms didnt. There is a myriad of other issues that occurred during my 12hr stay.
