I had an MRI yesterday at Resurrection Hospital, located at 7435 W Talcott Ave. The exam was focused on the pelvic area, and I want to share that my experience was very positive from the moment I arrived and checked in, all the way through the actual exam. I was extremely nervous—not only was it my first time having this kind of test, but I’m also naturally an anxious person. Thankfully, the team made me feel safe and cared for. Evelyn was the technician who assisted me during the MRI, and she was wonderful. She worked alon... read more

This low score is 100% due to the way I was treated by the transport staff to and from Ultrasound. I can’t find a contact on their website to email anyone about this, so I’m doing it here in hopes that it gets someone’s attention. While at my gate at O’Hare my hip dislocated. It was a whole four-day ordeal and most everyone at this hospital was kind, competent, and thorough. Emergency room was very good but the problem was when sent to a room. No one should ever experience this, it was not to have any patient in this condition . The room was not clean , the bathroom was not sanitary, no toilet holder the Bed had an indented hole in the middle of the bed, I sleep holdings the Side rail so I won’t fall. I could not get my meds that I needed because they could not supply it. They informed me I could not bring my meds. My blood sugar went up to 400. Due to they could not prove my med that I needed. ... read more

I had a routine test performed 10 days ago and still don't have results. In the past, I've received the results in 24 hours or less. I cannot access new patient portal and old patient portal (when Res was part of Ascension) doesn't contain new data. Day of my test the technician mentioned there might be a delay in radiologist being able to access prior radiology films and reports. I wasn't aware that Res had a new owner.

My wife delivered a baby there last week, the facilities were good, the nursing and medical staff were all awesome, thanks for everybody in the birth center at the third floor, and all technicians and administrators. As a first time mom and dad, the lovely people at the birth and delivery unit managed to make us so relaxed, although it was during the cyber attack that hit Ascension. Big thanks to all 🙏💐
