Excellent. Great care and Great service
We just finished the intake process for mthr who is homebound. The housecall service returns calls as they are able and according to urgency. Precious returned my call promptly and explained all the services. Quavardes Barkely met with us and was such a good listener! She is compassionate and experienced, and I am so happy to have found someone to take care of mthr's medical needs. <3
It is difficult to reach someone to talk to in the office. Precious is great to deal with when you can get through. Most of the time it goes right to a voicemail saying that it is not business hours when it is. Wilantha Silva was our provider and she was great with Dad. My issue is that they are severely understaffed to meet the needs in a timely manner.
Incredible people here at Resurgia! They make it super easy for me to get great in home medical care for my disabled Mom. They are simply GREAT at what they do!
Wonderful providers and staff who go above and beyond! Shout out to Precious and Melissa who are always there when I need something! Y'all have made my transition so nice and easy.
