Avoid Dr Greenfield!!! He is the most arrogant, condescending, dissmissive, impatient and rude Dr leading to a horrific bedside manner. I'm still suffering in pain almost 2 yrs after he replaced my hip but I found an amazing, competent Dr who is actually resolving this now. I Absolutely regret having had anything to do with Greenfield.
I have been a patient for years at Resurgens Orthopedics in Roswell, GA. The doctors I have been associate with have been wonderful to deal with. HOWEVER, the staff is horrible. The last thing they care about is customer satisfaction. They are mostly surly and unhelpful. They act like they are much more important that the customers. They will leave you waiting forever with no updates when they will return. Check out, and the woman at the checkout desk is the most miserable of them all. Gary
Depending on your injury I would suggest going to a general doctor first. I went to resurgens because I was have shoulder pain. After waiting on the doctor for 30 mins plus 20 mins in the lobby. I was seen by the doctor for 15 minutes maximum in which he gave me two steroid shots. The bill ended up being $700 and my shoulders are still in pain. I would love to have a follow up appointment but am not looking to pay $700 everytime to get my shoulders checked. 15 minute conversation with the doctor and $700 bill ridiculous.
BEWARE! I am living a nightmare experience at Resurgens. My injury was misdiagnosed for months which causes the injury to be delayed in healing. Numerous errors were made throughout my months of care at Resurgens. They are always very rushed and follow the same protocol for all patients without any thought to individual care. I’ve been seeing Dr Michele Perez for many years for pain management. She’s very thorough, honest & as prompt as she possibly can be. She’s a wonderful person who listens and genuinely cares about her patients
Dr. Daftary operated on my wife a couple of years back. The end result has been constant pain, lose of feeling (and numbness) in both her legs and feet, balance issues and she is almost totally confined to a wheelchair when going outside our house. She goes to bed in pain, is woken up several time every night by the pain and generally has a terrible pain filled existance. For the 2nd time in a row, Resurgens Orthopaedics have not filled out my Return To Work paperwork properly. The results of this are I will not see my pay for a month. It is unacceptable that I must call and drive to the location to request the staff to fill out the forms. This is unacceptable.
Fabulous visit! Doctors and staff terrific! Recommend it highly.
