I have been a patient for years at Resurgens Orthopedics in Roswell, GA. The doctors I have been associate with have been wonderful to deal with. HOWEVER, the staff is horrible. The last thing they care about is customer satisfaction. They are mostly surly and unhelpful. They act like they are much more important that the customers. They will leave you waiting forever with no updates when they will return. Check out, and the woman at the checkout desk is the most miserable of them all. Gary
