My MRI experience was great. The attendants and nurses were very professional.
Very slow, long wait time even with an appointment. Go elsewhere it's cheaper and faster.
Do not use this MRI facility. The staff is not only unhelpful, they will randomly change your appointment until another time. Afterwards, they make it impossible to get a copy of your disk and radiologist's reading for your doctor. I had to drive back to the facility four times to get the disk - paying for parking and dealing with medical office staff who are clueless. They enjoy wasting your time. It's been three weeks and I'm no closer to solving the problem. They are rude and will make your life more difficult.
I have been trying to reach the MRI scheduling office for 4 days. No one answers the phone and no one calls you back when you enter 1 for call back.
