Actively lied about the nature of the program and various components of it. Cares more about the people paying than the people they’re supposed to be helping. Had to seek outside treatment because self-interested Mr. Drosman was too conceited to admit any failure or move toward any of my suggestions. Drosman was barely around anyways. He dropped me onto a contracted psychology student who was woefully under-qualified and likewise self-interested. The Resurface Group offers excellent service and truly attentive support. The entire team is thoughtful and professional, and Rex and Jack bring a lifestyle‑based approach that genuinely makes a difference. Highly recommend.
As a mom, I’m so grateful for Resurface Group’s unique, out-of-the-box approach. Their creative methods truly connected with my child in ways traditional therapy never could. It’s been amazing to see the positive changes in our home, all thanks to their innovative care. Highly recommend!
This company presents as a holistic approach to mental health care - IT IS NOT!! Their therapists may or may not be credentialed and they add to the program as needed - ends up costing ridiculous fees and they don’t care when you discuss costs. They make decisions based on how much you can pay and by the way outsource to others who don’t even work for the company. They care about $$$$ as a priority. I was told I could obtain resources as a family member - nope. All talk all about the $$
I cannot express the true gratitude and appreciation for all the staff of resurface especially Matthew Daily for the outstanding work he puts in everyday thank you all sincerely and would recommend 10 out of 10 times
