Clausen was able to do what other realtors couldn't. Story below. We decided to sell a rental property and initially listed it with a family friend. He understands the real estate market and he has so many contacts! He kept me abreast every step of the way through phone calls, emails, text messages. Don't bother researching a real estate agent!
