Clausen was able to do what other realtors couldn't. Story below. We decided to sell a rental property and initially listed it with a family friend. I've been trying to find the right words to describe Clausen. One word: knowledgeable. Don't let the aol email fool you! He has an old school and new school strategy. He understands the real estate market and he has so many contacts! He kept me abreast every step of the way through phone calls, emails, text messages. Don't bother researching a real estate agent! If you are trying to sell your house, I highly (and I mean highly) suggest you hire Clausen!
