I called to Inquire and ask simple questions about a property listed by Thomas A.. Never again would I even consider giving this place my business. This guy was absolutely rude and didn't wanna answer my questions period. He just lost a customer. I'll buy a house from a different agency and not one that's listed by Remax if this is the way they talk to their potential customers. I guarantee I'll never list one with these people either.
I found an error in their closing documents that charged me more money. Communication is nonexistent. They don't pick up the phone. I leave messages and don't get return calls. On top of that they don't give you a copy of your signed closing documents.
