I am a current tenant and Hoss Amir who runs this company does not respond to emails, does not fix anything in a timely manner, the apartment he rents is roach infested. He post notice that are not valid. Do not rent from this company.
I contacted them for a house they had for rent. and after speaking with the realtor and him speaking with the landlords, they said I would be a "headache" of a tenant because I was living in a domestic violence shelter. He even went as far as asking me why I left my house, why didn't I kick my husband out. If you must know, its so he doesn't know where I am. After him telling me what I would be as tenant he hung up on me. He told me that he evicts tenants just so they can bring back old tenants who never caused trouble.
