Judy Cox and Greg Cox from Results Realty were fantastic. They both came to my home before we listed to advise me what we should fix to make our house sell faster. They did a great job listing our home and doing their research with other homes that have sold in the area. The first day we listed we received multiple offers and ended up closing over asking price. Judy and Greg kept me updated with information every step of the way. They made selling our home quick and easy.
We used Results Realty for both selling our condo and buying our new single family home. Judy & Greg were fantastic to work with - the selling process went well and we were very pleased with the results of our eventual sale. For the buying process - we had a long list of requirements and they were very patient and helped us navigate and narrow down our priorities. We eventually found our dream home that I'm not so sure we would have found without using these folks! Thanks Results Realty!
As a first time home buyer, and a single mom, I had a lot of questions and worries about the whole home-buying process. Greg was very knowledgeable and if he didn’t have an answer to a question I had, he was quickly able to find it out for me. Greg and Judy were unlike any realtor that we have ever encountered. Despite my wife and me being annoyingly (in my opinion) particular in the home we wanted, there was absolutely no question that Greg and Judy always had our best interests at heart. One specific instance that I must share was when we almost closed on a home only to find an issue with the home inspection (a water issues). Working with Greg and Judy was fantastic! They were such a huge help and were always available to answer my questions through the home buying process. Being a first time buyer, I really didn’t know where to start and had a lot of questions. I really appreciate the patience of Greg and Judy. We ran into some issues through the process with a seller dropping out and Greg and Judy were unfazed and went right back to work finding a new home for me.
