I've never leave negative reviews but this morning was the straw that broke the camel's back. They raise my rent $150 every year for the past 3yrs. Ok. They charge me $15 to call them to tell them about STRUCTURAL MAINTENANCE like leaking water manifolds. Ok. But today, on Easter, as I'm going through my kids Easter baskets with my kidsi get a text that the form of payment I gave them was wrong and I'll be owe them more money for late fees. Even if you're right, it couldn't have waited till Monday? REALLY?!
