Stephen is the best at showing great care & compassion along with a fantastic way of listening + adapting to what is the greatest need at the time to achieve the most successful results.
My low rating is for the way this clinic works with patients and the exhausting billing process. Therapists take at least two patients back at a time, so you'll feel like you're awkwardly competing for their attention the entire session--if you finish exercises quickly and aren't instructed on what to do next, you will sit there and twiddle your thumbs. I had undergone therapy sessions with Results PT, CoolSprings for a few weeks as I had some pain with my lower back. It was a great experience with the team. The pain on my lower back is completely gone now. My back and my hips are also very much strengthened now. I would like to thank the whole team who worked with me and provided good care for me. I visited this place a little over 2 years ago. Had a ACL tear and a badly sprained ankle. The same ankle I was born with clubbed foot. I complained about my ankle hurting and nothing was ever done. They continued to process with the normal ACL protocol. I know they shouldn’t have done that. They didn’t take into account my clubbed foot or acknowledge it.
