I had undergone therapy sessions with Results PT, CoolSprings for a few weeks as I had some pain with my lower back. It was a great experience with the team. The pain on my lower back is completely gone now. My back and my hips are also very much strengthened now. I would like to thank the whole team who worked with me and provided good care for me. I visited this place a little over 2 years ago. Had a ACL tear and a badly sprained ankle. The same ankle I was born with clubbed foot. I complained about my ankle hurting and nothing was ever done. They continued to process with the normal ACL protocol. I know they shouldn’t have done that. They didn’t take into account my clubbed foot or acknowledge it. Great facility and amazing recovery. Crystal and Zoie (intern) were both amazing and helped with my recovery process from a slipped disc. They actually knew what was wrong before my doctor even fully diagnosed me. The facility is clean and well run, very efficient scheduling and treatment sessions. While I hope I don’t need their services any time soon, it’s good to know they are there when you need them.
Therapist are great front desk personnel is sweet. But beware they do not disclose what your insurance will cover and how much you will owe per visit. Based on your treatment, the PT should know what kind of exercise plan they will be implementing, therefore, they would know what codes to give your insurance company and find out what your true balance would be prior to you being seen. The entire team was fantastic in helping me prep for knee replacement and the to rehab after the surgery. My recovery and improvement is significant.
