I went to the Franklin Cool Springs location for PT on my hip for pain and a limited range of motion. Two PTs - Katie & Collin collaborated on my care plan. I would see either of them which gave me more flexibility in scheduling. Initially, they focused on pain relief and stretching then switched to exercises focused on strengthening the muscles in my hips, back and thighs. These guys really know what they’re doing. I could sense an improvement after a few sessions. By the time we finished my confidence level was where it should be. After each session I was sore. Not hurting, just sore, as expected. I knew I was making progress. Highly recommend Results Physiotherapy.
